How to Use Jobspec's Services?

What's next?
One of our People Hire Specialists will contact you at your convenient time to discuss about your staff need. if possible, we may need to do a workplace assessment at your company before we can provide our service. A simple On-Hire Agreement will be required to complete before Jobspec can start the service.

How Jobspec delivers the service?
We will set up a new account for your company and appoint an Account Manager to manage it. He/she will be the main contact point and will be responsible for all your staff needs. The recruitment and selection process will start immediately. We will schedule and send our skills and experience personnel to your workplace at your agreed times and dates. If in case you require a final interview/selection/checking at your company before they can start, we can organise a list of qualified candidates for your interview.

Is there any Induction/Training Service provided by Jobspec?
Yes, all our personnel are inducted by our agency before we can send them to work for your company. If you have any specific induction request, we will incorporate it into our induction manual and provide it to our personnel. We will equip necessary training/licencing to our personnel before they can start at your company. We also a partnership with some Training Companies, so we can assist your personnel with Training/Licencing/Update/Upgrade their skills if required.

What about Reference checks, Police checks, Drug & alcohol check and other checks?
All checkings and testings can be done. Fees and charges may apply.

How does Jobspec manages its personnel during the service?
We often send your personnel to work at our clients under their company supervision. However, if requested, we can appoint our own supervisor(s) on site to manage the personnel. In this case, fees and charges may apply to pay to these personnel to do their supervision duties.

Who will pay the personnel?
Jobspec will be responsible and take care of paying the personnel wages and contribute their superannuation fund. We may require your company to provide us their timesheets each week by 12pm of the next following Monday at the lasted. Jobspec will provide the personnel with payslips each week and their Group Certificates at the end of financial year.

How to pay Jobspec Services?
After receiving timesheet from your company, our financial department will send your company a tax invoice for the service of the week. The total amount will including total charging fees of all personnel of the week plus GST. The invoice will be 7 days payable term.

What about Workcover Insurance?
Jobspec will be responsible for Workcover Insurance. If one of our personnel got injury, we will manage the workcover claim process and pay workcover compensation payment to the injured worker. However, your company will need to assist us in providing us with the incident report and facilitating us with the return to work of the injured worker.
